Return to "Stock" without deleting data topic

I have Lollipop 5.0 installed on my device but somehow there are modifications in the firmware dir.

Will re-fastbooting it with stock 5.0 and removing the -w make me stock without deleting anything?

I have come up against a issue in trying to unroot and return my note 3 to stock. topic

I made a thread earlier as I was not sure which firmware I needed.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...stock-t2996494

Since then I have downloaded both the firmware and ODIN from the site. But when I connect my phone after it is in download mode I do not see what the image in the guide I am using is showing me, and the buttons have different names to the one in the image.

Here is a image of what ODIN shows me when I connect my phone in download mode.

This is the guide I am using.

As the image shows what ODIN is displaying is different to what the guide says I should see.

[Q] How to Return an ASUS Infinity TF700t to Stock ROM from CROMBi-kk topic

Newbie here. Bought my daughter a TF700t a few months ago (currently completely stock) and wanted to get me one so I bought a used one via ebay. It has been flashed to CROMbi-kk but it must not have been done correctly. Takes 6-8 min to boot, hangs every few minutes of use, Google launcher and APEX launcher installed as part of ROM. They crash every day. Many apps crash and says 'incompatible'. These issues are probably what the previous owner sold it. Anyway its in great condition (like new) and I want to get it back to stock. Been reading forum since Christmas and learned a lot but i'm wanting to know-
Can I clone my daughters tablet and flash it to my tablet? Make an image similar to what you can do to Windows on a PC. Don't know if this is possible? If it is how to do it? If not how do I flash it back to a stock ROM?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

[Q] Is root after verizon 11c update possible? or help with return to stock topic

I'll keep it short and simple. Some idiot clicked update now, and now the phone is on the 11c update. Is there anyway I can still root it?

What i've tried:
Searching the forums for the answer - No luck
Flashing stock with LG Flash Tool - I get stuck with it saying "ready"
Searching for a solution to being stuck at ready - found an answer saying to unplug it and to wait five seconds to plug it back in
Waiting five seconds to plug back in - No luck
Trying different COM ports - No luck
Giving up hope on doing this on my own - success!
Begging the nice people on xda for help - Pending response

[Q] Return to AT&T State for Warranty topic

I need to return my HTC One M7 back to its native AT&T state when purchased to claim on the warranty.

I found a link that seems to be what I need but would welcome confirmation of this being applicable. I have a rooted, S-Off, CID (all the ones 11111) and running the latest firmware with the latest radio too.

I assume that if I follow the guide I will be able to use a standard AT&T RUU and get the full firmware, radio and ROM back?

Any advice would be most welcome.

Thanks

[Q] M7 Htc one - Return to stock topic

I hope one of you kind people can help. I have a HTC one M7 which I need to return to stock to get a warranty repair. It has been s-off'd (?) and is running hboot 1.55 on an ORANG001 cid. I have tried to restore a CWM nandroid backup (which failed) and I don't seem to be able to find an RUU for my CID. Can anyone help with this please ? All the posts I have found have been outdated, or relate to different CID's.

Thanks in advance,

Andy

[Q] Return to stock? topic

Hello,
Im currently s-on, unlocked, and running the viper rom. But now I have the purple tint bug and need to go back to stock for a replacement. Being s-on, since firewater is discontinued, i'd prefer not to have to spend 25$ to return a phone. The firmware it came with is the latest, and I don't remember it off the top of my head. Unfortunately I no longer have my backup of stock in my twrp folder so I can not go that route. Anyone know what I can do in this situation? I don't mind it still saying unlocked/relocked, just want it to be as close to stock as possible.

Thanks

[Q] How to return Sprint SG4 config values after config to use in T-Mobile HSPA+ topic

Hello everyone. I have the following question regarding my SG4 device. A while back I configured my sprint phone to use it on T-Mobile HSPA+ bands. I remember following a post (not sure which one it was though as it has been a while) here on XDA for the initial configuration that involved downgrading the modem and then changing some config values. I am trying to return my phone to its previous state; basically want to get return the config values and the modem version same as it was. Can I accomplish this just by installing the stock ROM? Or do I need to go in a put the previous values first? If there is a post out there for this any reference to it would be so helpful for me.

I appreciate the help in advanced! Thanks

[Q] How to return to stock kernel? topic

So I returned my Galaxy S4 (SGH-1337M) to stock through Odin today because I have to send it in for repair. The only problem I have is that when the device reboots, the "Kernel Is Not Seandroid Enforcing, Set Warranty Bit: Kernel" message shows up in the top left hand corner. I'm pretty sure that Samsung won't repair my phone if they see that, and was wondering how can I return to the stock kernel? Thanks.
