So i have the tmobile rom for a sprint phone to unlock gsm but now no matter what i try no fm radio ive been through the build prop got furnace kernal i know in my case its a software issue cause i hve the fm chip in my fphone any ideas how to reactivate the chip so i can listen again

I just flashed the Liquid smooth ROM on my VS985 and absolutely love it except for three things. No LG G3 Adjustable keyboard, No double tap to awake and no dual screen. These are all features that I loved about the G3's factory ROM.

So my question is. Is there a way to load these onto the LS Rom or is there another ROM out there with these included? Thanks!

Hi,

I have had unlocked HTC One Sprint and I used to use it with various roms such as Cyanogenmod and ViperOne. Today I accidently flashed Verizon AOSP kernel instead of Sprint kernel. Now I am having cellular connection issues. I have no connection and I am getting invalid card please contact customer care error in sense based roms. I think somehow I relocked my simlock by flashing wrong kernel and I have tried everything to solve this but I couldnt. Any idea to solve this problem?

I tried flashing a kernel believed to be ExcaliBur on my HTC One M8, but as soon as i rebooted the screen was black yet still on.

I know it's not bricked completely because i can still hear sounds, feel vibrations and see the LED's work properly. Basically I have a "blind" phone. I have began to look into a way to capture my screen one frame at a time with my computer.

Please help me!

i flashed wrong tot. now my phone is stuck on lg boot logo....in pc it appears as on com ports . but it wont get into download mode or fastboot mode. any ideas how i can use the com port access to fix it...like flashing laf partition via com port

Hi there,

Long story short. Im on holidays using a MAC which I am not used to (Windows User). Ran a hex editor to change up some text for the boot loader screen (UNLOCKED to LOCKED) but I think I Hex'd it wrong. I then zipped the hboot.img into the firmware.zip and I flashed it on my phone using:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip

Phone now won't turn on. Im fairly sure I hard bricked it.

Any advice on what I can do to fix it/if I can fix it?
The screen has a pressure crack in the digitizer which I'll be getting fixed through warranty with Optus Australia although I'm fairly sure technicians will see what I've done straight away concerning the software side of things.

HI, so I'm on MDK, rooted, and running GPE 5.0 LP, and I was recently attempt to update my recovery. I used Jrummy's ROM installer to install the TWRP 2.8.3. I rebooted, and now when i load into recovery, it says "kernel secure fail" and won't let me do anything. Is there a way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

Update: After attempting to reboot it a few times, I am able to boot to ROM, but still unable to boot to recovery.

I had my Verizon S4 flashed to work on the Ntelos network, how can I remove their settings/ firmware?
I have followed the NC5 full wipe Odin/ tar instructions found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2735172
with success, but it doesn't remove Ntelos. Its as if the phone is confused, Dialing 611 goes to Verizon, but dialing a number goes thru ntelos. Even using an active Verizon sim, the phone says carrier unknown and will not make a call on Verizon network.
