Waiting for my downgrade! topic

Hi all, after reading threads here about contacting Amazon for a downgrade. Seems I got it first time! My method was to start by telling the person on chat that I had been speaking to Amazon help of another region (USA in my case) that they have recomended a downgrade, but i would need to go through my own region to request this. No questions were asked. And I'm waiting for an email with instructions.

So.. What do I do when I downgrade to achieve root access? Also do I disable WiFi so it won't update again?
