[Q] Tab S Memory Consumption Out of Box topic

I've tried googling with no luck: Why is the Galaxy Tab S RAM consumption at nearly 2GB out of 3GB, right out of box. I've installed updates and restarted the system, and have not yet installed Apps. I removed some of the news widgets from the screens, and even deleted some Apps that would not be useful to me (in case they were somehow running in the background). Still, the lowest I've seen is 1.89GB out of 3GB total.
Out of box, this is a bit ridiculous, no?

100 percent to 33 percent while just viewing some 4-5 videos on youtube
