[Q] Recovery + Cyanogenmod Somewhat corrupted topic
Long story short, CWM is the only recovery that will open but will error saying E: cant open/mount cache/recovery.
Booting up, cyanogenmod will open, but now no wifi, no data, no nothing, every file manager errors out.
At this point, all I want to do it get all my pictures that are stored on the internal memory to the SD card and start from scratch. Is there any way to download the pictures using adb?
Thank you for your help

[Q] ADB with TWRP recovery topic
Hi everybody,
I was using the latest version of CWM (i think 6.0.4.7 Touch) and everything was OK. ADB in my PC recognized my Nexus and sideload worked too.
I've just tried the latest TWRP (2.8.4.0). Problem is, when I boot to recovery and connect phone with my PC, it won't recognize it.
A cannot see my phone in list of connected devices, when I type adb devices and adb sideload isn't working as well.
I upgraded to latest Samsung USB drivers (Android Composite ADB Interface version 11.0.0.0) and also the ADB in my PC (version 1.0.32).
Fastboot is working without any problems.
Does anybody know, how to make it work with TWRP?

Rooting, recovery and flashing process for HTC Desire 210 dual sim topic
This thread is dedicated to rooting, recovery and flashing for HTC Desire 210 dual sim.
Rooting
Download the FramaRoot app from here.
Install it and open it up.
Select the Barahir Exploit.

Reboot your phone.
Check for the SuperSU app installed on your phone.

If the SU app doesn't appear, try 2-3 times more, your phone will be rooted.
Congrats, your phone will be rooted.
Recovery
The method for entering the recovery on HTC's website is wrong and plainly opens the factory test mode.
For entering the recovery, Switch off your phone.
Press and hold the Power and Vol Up button simultaneously.
Now relax. Use only Volume Down to Scroll and Voume Up to select.
Select Recovery from the list by pressing Volume up while highlighting it.
You are now booted into Recovery. This recovery is a plain Android 3e recovery but with a Nandroid Backup/Restore functionality.
Alternatively if you rooted your phone, you can grab a terminal emulator from the Play Store type in:
Allow it SU access.
type in:
You will be rebooted into recovery.
As for the Flashing Custom Recovery, I will update the thread with the tutorial soon.

[Q] V500 recovery install issue. topic
First of all let me make clear that I have installed recovery(TWRP) on the same device once. But I had to completely unroot(removing TWRP). Now that I'm again rooted with Stock ROM v4.4.2 and model number as V50020d. I tried to install TWRP(source: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...8267&nocache=1) from POST#1 and Step#3, but failed. I edited the .bat file to run with model number, v50020d. It ran every command, rebooted. But what I could see was system recovery. What's the problem here?
Thanks for the help :)

[Q] Can't boot to recovery or download mode, only to CM topic
I made the mistake of flashing a CM nightly on my tablet, because now everything's broke. I had it set up with CWM and SlimLP alphas which were running fine, but now everything's bunk.
I've tried turning off the tablet, but it just starts back up again without warning, even when unplugged. I've tried every power/volume combination at boot, but it only boots to Android.
I hopped into an Android terminal session and typed
and
as well as
which sends the tablet back to Android post-boot.
ADB recognizes it as an ADB device, but it will only show as offline, and revoking the UBS authorizations doesn't prompt them again later.
I've even tried Odin Mobile and UAMP, as well as ROM Manager, but they won't flash anything either. Rather, the things they flash don't stick after a reboot.
What do I do?
