[Q] insufficient storage problem topic

guys i have 50 gb of free space in my opo but still when i try to install apps it shows memory full...searched google for solution but didnt find...when i try to install insufixer app it still shows the same error...can somebody plz help me out...am totally pissed off coz of this...didnt face such problems with my last sony phone....plzzzzzzzzzzz a solution

Running Lollipop 5.0 and I get this whenever i try to do this 13 meg update. I have plenty of space as well. I read around these parts wiping the cache helps well i went into the stock recovery and wiped it twice and it didn't make a difference. Any ideas appreciated.

I already have deleted my whole cache and uninstalled my Google-Play services...
... but nothing helped!
