[Q] Is root after verizon 11c update possible? or help with return to stock topic

I'll keep it short and simple. Some idiot clicked update now, and now the phone is on the 11c update. Is there anyway I can still root it?

What i've tried:
Searching the forums for the answer - No luck
Flashing stock with LG Flash Tool - I get stuck with it saying "ready"
Searching for a solution to being stuck at ready - found an answer saying to unplug it and to wait five seconds to plug it back in
Waiting five seconds to plug back in - No luck
Trying different COM ports - No luck
Giving up hope on doing this on my own - success!
Begging the nice people on xda for help - Pending response
