Nexus 6 Ultimate 4K Video Test topic

Change to 4K/2160p in Quality Settings! The only real compression is on youtube's side. And I will say I see a little better quality on my Master File than on youtube.

I decided to test the 4k video recording on the Nexus 6 by shooting my entire vacation with it. I've compiled a recap video showcasing the camera's abilities.

-There conditions recorded in are: high light, low light, sunny, overcast, indoors and outdoors, etc.

-I've zoomed in a few times and moved the phone to force refocus in a few clips.

-There has been NO post editing to the footage such as color correction, cropping, stabilizing, etc.

-Crossfading, fade to black, muting of audio, and title overlays are the only alterations made to compile this video

[Q] Fix for "Test device" in HTC Tell? Relocking bootloader? topic

Hi folks,

I have a HTC One M8 that is registered with HTCDev and also S-Off (courtesy of the awesome sunshine tool). In the settings app, I have a red text telling me this is now a test device and all my data are belong to HTC. (As someone posted here months ago.)

I am not sure if I want to cripple the Udove.apk because I'm concerned about the next OTA update. Is there a way to "unregister" with HTC or more technically, relock the bootloader without loosing S-Off? Is there a way to determine I have a stock hboot if I'm not sure if I messed with it in the process?

Is there a stock field test type of app, or will I have to rely on a third-party app from Google Play? I tried *#*#4636#*#*, but it just makes the dialer erase itself. In fact, typing *#*#ANYTHINGYOUWANTHERE#*#* will just do the same thing.

The Issue is the Google Play store doesn't open. When i open the app it shows Could'nt Sign in please try again later. 'The was a problem authenciating with Google Serves'

Also is there a way I can convert my 5.0.1 Brazilian Soak Test version to 5.0.1 GPE edition?

Anyway I just want to get rid of this Google Authenticating problem. Anybody?

Installation Guide :

1. Install cwm/Philz/TWRP Recovery...
2. put zip file of rom in sdcard
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
4. Wipe Cache Partition.
5. Wipe Dalvik Cache.
6. Mount Everything
7. Install Zip From SDCard And Choose Rom Zip File...
8. Wait Till It Flash.
Dont forget abt to flash gapps
9. You'll have one more confirmation to "Disable Recovery fix". Do not ignore and cancel that. Go ahead and Hit Yes, Disable recovery fix.
10. Reboot And Enjoy.

Note:

* In Setup Wizard,Accept Everything....
* Go To Setting--> click on the Sim Setting as shown in screenshot

Then change the sim setting as u want...
* Again to change language from Chinese to English,click on the language setting as shown in the picture..

* Remember that when u change the language from Chinese to English you will have 1 force close which is normal for the rom..

ASUS ZenWatch (can someone test my app?) topic

Hi :)

I am getting reports that my app (Krona Sunlight) is crashing in ambient mode on the ASUS ZenWatch. The watch is not available in Germany and I cannot reproduce this issue with any other watch or the emulator. Word is that once the watch is turning ambient, the watch face crashes and defaults back to a standard watch face as soon as it comes back to interactive mode.

Ir sensor test app topic

I've got a feeling one of the sensors on the front of this phone isn't working. I can usually position the phone at an angle to see the faint red lights from the ir sensors on only 3 of them, but the top left corner I see nothing.

The phones responsiveness seemed better when I first got it a couple months ago but doesn't seem to wake up as easily as before.

Rooted moto x 2014 running stock and xposed, unlocked bootloader
