[Q] Project Screen to PC if touch is not working - Lumia 1520 topic

Greetings,

I was looking for a solution to project my Nokia Lumia 1520 screen on my PC (Windows 8.1 PC). Most solutions request loading of app on the mobile before projecting the screen. Now the issue is my Lumia screen is cracked and touch is not working. So is there any solution where in I can connect it to a PC and do all functions on my PC?

Secondly I have been able to successfully separate the digitizer and the LCD but am not able to find a way to join the both! Any idea / tutorials for the same.
