[Q] lg flex screenlocker topic

I wonder where the system is that initial screen pattern lg flex where stars twinkle even smal asteroid, and the water is moving at the bottom want to modify it anyone know where it is?
what is location in system ????? I do not want to use application to change the lock screen I want to change the system.. i have root!!!!!
