Widget in Recent Apps topic

I'm on stock rooted and I'm getting my Google Voice widget showing at the top of my recent apps screen. What is going on? Anyone seen this before? I've done a couple reboots and it's still there. I can always flash something, but just curious what everyone thought.

[Q] Lollipop - change home and recent buttons topic

Since kitkat, Google has made long-pressing home bring up Google Now, and the button to the left brings up recents...

I've always liked long-press home to bring up recents, and the other button for menu, and used gravity box on xposed, however now I have lollipop I can't use xposed...

Is there another way to do what I want?

Anyone have a recent PRL to update manually? topic

I'm on an old version and the activation number is not working for me. Does anyone have a saved PRL of the most current version? I can flash it using qpst or cdma-WS.

[Q] Should you remove recent apps from multitasking drawer? topic

I own Nexus 5 with 5.0.1 Lollipop in it. I was wondering weather or not it is beneficial to remove recently opened apps from multitasking drawer or is it harmful for battery life and maybe performance?
What exactly happens when you remove recently opened app from multitasking drawer?
