[Q] Amazon M8 Warrenty? topic

I have to return my M8 to Amazon but I modified the software with a custom rom, tried to go back to stock, messed something up and now have a Software status Modified on the bootloader screen. Does Amazon check this or just that the phone works, will I have any problems with them?

Warrenty question: broken screen stright outof box topic

got a brand new phione as a spear for when in inevitably bricked my first one i just took it otu the box yesterday it went stright into my otter box defender case and i just picked up up this mornign and thesunn light cuagth the screen in just the right way and theres a hairlien fracture right through the screen now will this be covered by the warrenty as it onlky just came otu the boxand its been in a hard case or should i contact the insurnace company that sent me this spear phone the spear phone was an insurance replacemnt for one i accidently droped ofa roof lol please any infomation woudl eb greatful cos i can afford the insurance premiums or to buy a new phone but wann try get this fixxed
