[Q] How to extract Flash menu (swf) from a Sony Ericsson W995 ? (old sony phone) topic

Hi, first I want to do that because I want to return on old models of phones : the Sony Ericsson.
But It's been long time i've don't play with these phones models so I need some help.

I've searched on the web for Flash menu 2.1 but it's no longer avaible to find them... (very complicated)
(on the past I has a very cool collection of these menus but I lost these data)

So, I have a Sony Ericsson W995 phone with lots of Flash menu themes into and I want to extract them for put them into other phones that I've buy recently.

Here is where I am :

I've tried to connect my w995 with a2uploader for use the filesytem explorer and try to extract the themes, I see them but I can't extract them with this program.
Maybe it's possible to extract the firmware (if the flash menu are into it) and after that, extract the themes from the firmware ?

[Q] Upgrading Sony Ericsson XPERIA Mini ST15i to 4.0 topic

Howzit going guys.Im in the process of UPDATING my old Sony Xperia mini X10 (served me well for 5 years) to a newer Sony Ericsson XPERIA Mini ST15i

My question is, Do I just plug it in to my Sony companion and it will upgrade by itself or do I have to do some rooting and stuff?

According to Sony Ericsson XPERIA Mini ST15i specs it is running on 2.3(Gingerbread) right now but upgradeable to 4.0 ( I beleive Ice cream sandwich)

My main purpose is to maybe speed it up a bit plus theres so many apps that requires Android 3.0 and above so just staying with 2.3 my apps are limited

[Q] How to install Rom on Sony Ericsson live with walkman topic

I wanted to install CM 11.0 Rom to ma sony Ericsson LWW i unlocked bootloader with adb command but to install rom ma fast boot doesnt detect any device i looked into many other websites but wasnt able to find it so if anybody could help me with it i would be thankfull
