HOW TO INSTALL

[B]Use custom KK recovery from here.
I prefer [CWM Advanced Edition] PhilZ Touch 6.57.9 - cwm 6.0.5.1.
(Internal sd-card refereed as sdcard00, external as sdcard01)

Download rom zip file.
Put into sd card.
Flash the desired recovery.
Boot into recovery.
BACKUP CURRENT ROM

Wipe for flash of new rom.
Or wipe data/system/delvic cache/cache.

Select Install From SD (Internal or External)
Select the zip file and Select YES

Reboot.

THINGS TOBE NOTED

First boot takes time 3-5 mins so be patient.
wait until it boots.

[Q] Rebirth of a Legend and which ROM? topic

Long story short;
I am now using a Galaxy Nexus again!! reborn from 2013 from an essential LCD repair that cost me 6 (500 UAE Dirhams) this morning!!
and its aliiiiiiiiiiiiiiive !!!!!!!!!!!

I initially had this back in 2012 I guess, traded it off from my Pops's brand new spanking new titanium grey S3 to which he agreed, all of a sudden I heard from him that the phone is not working anymore! It took 2 years for this phone to be repaired along with a broken Asus Nexus 7 2012 Wifi. Now its back in my tinkery hands. I guess the OTA is only until 4.3 JWR66Y so I think it has meet its OEM dead end. Now where is the Galaxy Nexus ROM now at guys? Is there a Lollipop 5.0.2 build that is stable and can be used as a daily driver?
Hell yeah I am not so much fond of the Lollipop in my Galaxy S5 where it is soo much bloated, without apps running in the background (from default multi tasker) ram usage is in the 75-80% unbelievable levels!!!

help me out guys which ROM do you recommend and which tough case cover to use for this gone but not forgotten Nexus Hero?:confused:
