I'd like all of the people sending me text to have a general chime. I have to respond to my boss 24x7 so I need a very loud and distinct chime is there a way to do that?

I'm with 44S but it's impossible to send MMS messages with a photo attached.
I've tried the original app and hangouts but to no avail... Any ideas?
