HELP temp chaneg MAC Alcatel one touch 4033D topic

I tried 4 mac change apps, tried changing with the terminal app which gives me this error: rtnetlink answers operation not supported on transport endpoint.

Any idea's why its not working or how to fix it?

Yes i'm rooted, yes i have busybox installed and alsu SU.
