[Q] Moto G 1st gen/LTE Exchange email - Out-of-Office auto-response topic

Hi,

I am looking to buy this phone. As far as I know, this phone has very little OEM customization and very similar to Google experience device. I am currently using LG android phone with official CM11 nightly. My questions on Moto G 1st gen/LTE with Moto stocked ROM:-

1. Does the email client support Exchange email Out-of-Office auto-response? On my LG, the 4.1.2 stocked ROM has it, but the CM11 nightly AOSP email client does not.

2. Does the phone stocked music player support WMA files playback?

I am not opened to 3rd-party solution for my question. I would like to understand the out-of-the-box stocked experience. I am well aware of 3rd-party solution for my 2 questions.

[Q] Exchange Sync - Contacts & Calendar topic

I am running the GPE 5.0.1 ROM by @Danvdh and I'm having a problem syncing to my new work email account. I haven't had exchange on this phone before so I don't know if its a problem, or just not possible. In my searches it looks like I might need a few different apps, but that's why I here asking.

I have installed "Bluemail" and added my MS Exchange account info. Email syncs fine, but I'm trying to get my contacts (google) to sync with my work email, along with my calendar. The rom doesn't have a calendar installed by default so I installed "Business Calendar", but I'm not married to it at all, and am more than willing to switch to get it to sync. I also tried "Nine" email app but it doesn't seem to be syncing contacts TO Exchange, (maybe just from it?) And I don't know where its trying to sync the calendar to, but it doesn't appear to be working either. I hope this is all possible because on my old work phone (iPhone) everything would sync up easily and I really don't want to go to an iPhone.
