Home button long press topic

I'm running a stock based Rom, firekat I believe.

my issue is when long pressing the home key I get 3 options, Google, greenify, nothing. There is no option to choose a default action.

Second party to this is that I do not have the default app choice option when clicking an icon as there was in previous versions.

Can anyone clear this up?

disable power button long press when screen is locked topic

lost my phone a few days ago and got me thinking about security, so i picked up the htc one M8 because of the unibody design with unlimited data so i can track it at all times. thing is though when the phones screen is locked you can still turn it off rendering GPS functionality useless if it was lost or stolen. is there a way of disabling this.
