I changed my build.prop file now my Samsung Galaxy S3 T-Mobile T-999 will now boot up but i can boot into stock recovery, here is all i have tried.
Ota
phone.sky is missing
Odin
usb port is broken
Tried multiple Zip
Stuck on stock recovery

My phone is stuck in its current state and i cant connect to Odin can update using an zip because i modifyed my playstore and i cant fastboot because i have no usb port and iv tried flashing everything but im stuck on a stock recovery and i need a custom recovery to flash my build.prop file back, can anyone help.

Hello, it's me again.
I had my deviced rooted and had twrp installed on my xoom (4g) device.
I wanted to install CM 11 (4.4.4) on it and i followed the instructions that i could.
It said i needed twrp bigpart edtion. So i found the file that said twrp bigpart edtion and it said to wipe the device before doing and i did. i flashed it. I then rebooted it and i had to go back into the recovery to see if it worked and it did. it then said to flash the cm 11 file. i tried to flash it. it said that my device was not bigpart partitioned but it was....well i thought about giving up for a bit and i tried just getting back into my device to use facebook a bit but my device is stuck at the dual core screen and it wont go past it. i even tried wiping and factory resetting but now it says no os is installed.

so now i know that no os is installed on my device how do i fix my issue? is it bricked? what do i do? all i freaking want is CM 11 on my device. I dont know what to do or where to turn. iv researched so much and i still could not install it correclty. adb and fastbook is on my computer btw. i do not have a sd card reader so putting things on my mico sd card through my computer is a no go. only through usb can i do it. i tried adb sideload and stuff. nope. .......someone just help.

Hello everyone !

I have big troubles with my Lg g2 d802.

Yesterday i want to intall crdroid 5.0 on my Lg g2 on Official 4.4.2, so i've:

• Root my phone


• Install CWM Manager


• Set CWM Recovery


• Reboot in recovery


• Use ADB Mode


• Use ADB on my PC to send crDroid zip by sideload

During sideload, after full download, there was an error assert failed. So installation failed, and i've decided to reboot my phone.
Problem is here, my phone boot, display LG Logo and after 5 seconds, Lg Logo with "security error" message, then stop alone and reboot again, and again.

I have tried following procedures :

• Power off completely my phone and then Volume down+PWR to enter in recovery : FAIL


• Volume Up and then put USB cable to enter download mode : FAIL


• Connect with USB on Ubuntu to try to reset .img files : FAIL (Phone invisible on my pc, even not recognize)

So i cannot go to Recovery Mode, Download Mode and my phone isn't recognize on PC.
I don't have any other ideas and i am here to asking help :).

I attempted to get twrp via autorec awhile back and had issues. I thought all was reverted but when this 27a update came out it bricked my lg g2. It boots to the LG screen then nothing. I can hold down power and volume down and get to factory reset but does nothing when it is accepted. Windows 7 PC does not recognized the phone as being plugged into USB. I can not get into download mode. Am I screwed?

Hi guys I have a Note 2 (at&t).. The phone was with tricky network signal and I decide to make root and to put custom firmware ... after few tries I think I fu*k up the phone... Now I can boot only in download mode , The phone hasn't recovery - i tried to put it with Odin but no luck, I tried with stock FW - no luck again ...

[Q] Nexus 4 Brick topic

I was on lollipop NX rom and wanted NX kernel. I accidentally flashed NX kernel for the Note 1. Now my Nexus 4 won't boot into the system, recovery, or bootloader. Holding the power and volume buttons doesn't do anything but get a blinking red light, regardless of whether the phone is using battery, charging from wall or from computer. Computer doesn't recognize device. I don't think ADB or fastboot is gonna work. Wugfresh won't work either because it's not in debugging mode. Is it completely bricked? Would flashing the wrong kernel hard brick it?

Hi there, sorry if this is a common problem but I've not found anything and I'm in a bit of a pickle.

I have an Xperia M C1905, and attempted to root my phone. The guide I found told me I needed to unlock my bootlocker, which I did. Here's the problem though, my phone now won't go past my network provider page. Flashtool won't install on my PC, it is telling me I have the wrong installation file for Windows (I've got a 64 bit) yet I can't find another option. I've tried to restore my phone using the Sony Companion, but this is telling me I have modified software and as such cannot use the program.

Any help would really be appreciated :)

Hi. I'm Marcela, and I have a Huawei Ascend P7.
My phone was normally working when just shut down because of the low battery. I connected the charger and inmediately it started to reboot in a infinite loop. I entered in the stock recovery and I tried to do a factory restore from the recovery, but in the process, the phone reboot before it finish. Now, my phone is still in the same loop, but doesn't show me anything. I mean, the phone starts, but after the typical "Huawei Ascend" starter, the screen goes black, and stay like that for at least 30 seconds. Then, this is repeated over and over again. Also, I tried to enter in the recovery again, but my phone doesn't let me. Please, I'm desperate. I only have one month with this phone.

Addicional info:
-The phone had the 4.4.2 stock Android ROM
-Stock Recovery.
-The phone is rooted.
-Some days before, I changed my 8GB SD card for a 16GB SD card, and I copied and pasted all the carpets, including system carpets. (I read an article that said that's not ok D: )

Hello, I have a Tmobile Samsung S5 and I am able to get into Download Mode and I have used Odin v3.09 to try to and flash Odin Flashable Full Stock from the oldest version to the latest and everytime it just boots to the Samsung S5 logo screen with the words Recovery Booting on the top upper left of the phone. The phone is also unable to get into Recovery. I tried flashing other recovers such as TWRP via Odin but I get an error stating "recovery is not seandroid enforcing"

I am beating my head up against the wall here trying to get it to boot up.

I ran into this today after wiping my "internal storage" in TWRP (oops). :p

This guide assumes you have bricked the Nexus 5 with an unlocked bootloader and root'd device

**Download before starting**
- Latest TWRP: http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/205
- Latest Hammerhead stock images: https://developers.google.com/androi...ges#hammerhead
- One Click TWRP Recovery Toolkit: http://www.androidrootz.com/2013/11/...t-for-mac.html

**Recover Stock OS**
- Extract the Hammerhead stock images .tgz archive contents on your mac
- Ensure you have copies of "fastboot" and "adb" and place them in the same folder (optional but easier)
- Edit "flash-all.sh" script with complete path to "fastboot", or simply "./fastboot". An example:
/Users/james/Downloads/hammerhead-lrx22c/fastboot

- Boot the device in Fastboot Mode (volume up + down and power)
- Use the USB Cable to connect the Nexus 5 to your PC.
- Open "Terminal" > change directory to correct folder > Execute "flash-all.sh"
- Wait for the installation process to complete
- Reboot once you can, and go back into fastboot

**Reflash recovery (stock images rewrite recovery)**
- Extract "TWRP.RecoveryNexus5.zip" into a folder
- Place downloaded TWRP .img into the same folder (i.e "openrecovery-twrp-2.8.3.0-hammerhead.img")
- Edit "TWRP.Recovery.Nexus5" file > line 36 > change to above .img. An example:
./fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.8.3.0-hammerhead.img

Once completed you can let your phone boot normally (i.e, reboot into system).

Now you can mount the file system and place ROM files via USB again.... then boot into recovery and flash whatever you need.

Hi, this is my first post. So I have "little" problem. My P760 is stucked on boot loop. When I press power button LG logo appears and after 1-2sec it reboots and that's it. I tried every key combo I have found, my power button is not stucked, as some forum posts suggested, battery is not dead, so it must be software issue. Oh, I forgot that happened when I was installing TWRP recovery, phone is rooted, I switched many roms, today i wanted to try lollipop and that's that.

Not sure what happened but I was thrown into fastboot on my VS980 yesterday. I flashed the 26A imgs using this guide like an idiot and I now when I go into download mode and try stock TOT method, LG Flash Tool says "Model Information Check FAIL" and my phone says D801

I've tried using the D801 dll in Flash Tools, doesn't help. Is there any way to get back to fastboot from only download mode? Any suggestions are welcome

[Q] Soft brick after trying to flash resurrection topic

I have a G2 from Verizon (VS980).
It was running KitKat 4.4.2 stock rooted.
I run a Nandroid backup using TWRP.
I flashed the Resurrection Remix ROM.
On restart I entered a boot loop.
Turned off, rebooted into TWRP recovery, did a complete swipe (system, cache, dalvik and data).
Tried restoring from Nandroid backup and could not find any backup files (perhaps I don't know where to look but all folders appear empty).
Tried rebooting into download mode and got stuck at installing some drivers (could take 10 minutes) with nothing happening.
:confused:
Screen says Rooted and I am guessing that could be the issue. I don't know how to proceed.

I have a friend who has a (I think) TF300T (as this is Dock: ASUS Transformer TF300T for PAD) device. According to him, the transformer downloaded an update on what we started to install. When the transformer was updating, my friend has shut down.
Since then, turn on the Transformer, ASUS logo disappear, but it’s not working, the transformer always freezing.
If I press at the same time the power button and volume (negative), I can go to a menu that looks like this:
Cardhu Android bootloader-user <1:00 is> released by "WW_epad-10.4.3.9-20121106" A03
Press <Volume Down> to select, <Volume Up> selection for move
Cold OS will boot in 10 seconds if no input is detected.
