[Q] [app idea] why do android wear need minimum 4.3 version? topic

Hi,
Why do android wear need minimum 4.3 version?

I believe it has just few limitations but why it supported on above 4.3?

My suggestion is why an app cant be built which supports ICS , gingerbread phones which can interact with android wear.
I know few things are not possible but basic things are possible like file sharing from phone to wear, notifications etc.. ?

Getting it now a good idea? topic

I'm currently on S5, which needs to go back to warrenty. I consider selling it when it comes back and get an LG G3 instead as I'm severely tired of the damn phone and need root (with unroot possible).

Would it be a good idea getting an LG G3 now to avoid pre-lollipoped phones that may not be rootable right away or won't it matter? I've tried figured this out by searching but it's kind of vague. All I find is warnings against OTA's when rooted.

[Q] Any idea when the Lollipop rom (stock) will arrive? topic

I was just wondering. :) I see a lot of the non-stock Lollipop roms.
