[Q] Connecting android wear to lenovo phone topic

Hi,

I have moto360 and lg g watch both gets paired to my lenovo p780 (kitkat) phone but doesnt get connected.. it keeps trying to connect but never connects.

I have googled it and have done everything but none are useful.

I think all lenovo phones wont support android wear.

Is there still any way to connect ? or
is there any app which will support file sharing with android wear from phone without connecting it to it ?

[Q] Connecting Kodi on Fire TV to Mac on the Same Network topic

How do I go about connecting Kodi on my FireTV to my Mac on the same network? I'd like to back up Kodi and save the backups externally on my Mac, but I'm not sure how to access my Mac from the Fire TV. For example, when I go to the "Install from Zip File" window, I don't see any references to my Mac's hard drive listed in the sources there.

[Q] Galaxy Note 3 not connecting mobile data topic

hey peeps, i need help on something. I flashed Omega rom for my galaxy note 3 and after reboot it wont connect to my 4gLTE network. The wifi works fine as well as everything else about my phone except that. Ive searched everywhere for answers but i dont seem to have any luck. Ive flashed a stock kernel thinking maybe it had something to do with it but it didnt help either. In my settings, it says service state in service but mobile network state disconnected. If any one can help me, PLEASE do. Thanks!!!

After installing omnirom 4.4.4 lastest nightlies in note 10.1 n8013, i no longer can join my 5 ghz wifi network as SSD name of that network does not appear (appears in stock rom) and have to join my other 2.4 ghz wi fi network

i317M - not connecting to network topic

Hello,

I started with Galaxy Note 2- i317M (rogers, canada), rooted with DN3 V4 beta installed. But I wanted to try DN4, so I created a back-up using TWRP and tried installing DN4. However, I later realized that it is not for the LTE versions yet and phone did not recognize SIM anymore. So I wiped the data and tried installing dn3 v5.5, but the phone still did not connect.
Losing all hope I installed DNv4 again, but it still did not work. So i finally just tried restoring from the back-up I made using TWRP. Everything in the phone is same except no network.

Finally I tried restoring from back-up after doing a complete wipe of internal storage and everything except the external card. But still the error does not go away. I researched more about the error and the fact that my imei shows up as null/null. I used the instructions of using EFS professional, but it did not work. The model number in my phone now shows up as SM-G900F and baseband shows as unknown, and it shows DN3V5 Rom despite the clean-up and restoring from DN3V4.

Any guidance available on this please...I need specific steps because after 12 hour search and try-outs I am lost now..... :(

[Q] Trouble connecting with verizon topic

I took my phone into Verizon and since I rooted it, it will no longer show up under their system. It says non Verizon device and because of this I cannot change my plan or manage anything under it. I've already factory restored it in the settings and it still doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so how do I fix it? Thanks!

[Q] Connecting to WiFi at work topic

I am trying to connect to a WiFi network at work. I saw the network that I wanted to connect on the list but when I tried to connect to it, I was asked to select an EAP method and I only saw "AKA" and "SIM" on the list. I asked an IT person and he said that they supported "PEAP" and "CHAP". Does it mean that I cannot connect my Gear S to this network? Is there something that I can do to connect to this WiFi network?

I installed the android wear google app to check it out. After uninstalling it, reinstalling and uninstalling again, wiping cache including play services cache. The aformentioned in the title just wont go away! Any suggestions or insights? I have the 64gb Turbo.

[Q] Connecting to a LivePro Projector via Bluetooth? topic

I have a LivePro projector that has Android 4.2.2. I am looking for a connection program that will allow me to share my phone and/or tablet screen with the device via Bluetooth so I can make presentations using my phone or tablet (both Android), without relying on an independent network, just Bluetooth. it does not need to be a two-way communication, just a presenter and one or more viewers.

I know that there are many LivePro users that would greatly in this solution.

This solution would also benefit users that would like to share their phone screen in small presentation groups of 2 to 4 to even 6 to the attendees phones or tablets.
