So i'm one of the people who bought z7 mini once it got released back in summer , at that time there was a white version only , i thought that ZTE will never release black version later .
now i'm kinda pissed because they released a black version .
so i want to buy a black back cover and it's not available on the official Nubia website

Flip Cover Magnet Interfering with Hangouts Dialer topic

Does anyone have a problem where Hangouts Dialer would only ring for a second when receiving a call if the flip cover is covering the phone?
Another relate issue I had was saying "OK, Google" will not start the search if it is activated with the cover on (it is charging).

Tetded case's smart cover feature does not work with Z3TC topic

So.. I got my new case from Tetded.

Upon my first try, I noticed that the screen didn't turn off when the flap is close.



Instead, the screen was closed when I open the flap all the way back.



and open again when I removed the flap from the back.



Also, you seems to be able to pry the leather open at the edge.



I believe this is due to the magnet position in the case. Not sure if it's because it was incorrectly positioned or they weren't designed for the smart cover function at all.

Anyway, I contact them and they issued me a refund via Paypal and another apologize email. They didn't explain anything though so I'm not sure if this happen on all units.

App for turn ON/OFF the SCREEN with a 3rd party FLIP COVER topic

As you can read in the title,I was looking for an app that turns ON and OFF the phone with a non-SAMSUNG flip cover.

I have some "BIG" questions :
- Is there a way to make s-view work with every flip cover (maybe using an app) ?
-Is there an app that turns ON and OFF the screen using some sensors (proxymity,light,etc.) so it can work with ANY flip cover ?
-Is there an app that copies/fakes s-view functions ?

Now,I have some partial answers for my questions : I found some apps on the play store that do what I asked before but I every app uses the proximity sensor so I think that the battery will drain faster.

Fake back cover sold as genuine [PIC HEAVY] topic

As description...

Been told that a back cover I purchased from this eBay seller... (replacebase - ebay item number 161521941951) is genuine and sold to me as such.

Upon querying it with the seller, I have been offered a refund as long as I return the item at my expense...

Take a look and see what you think...








As you can see, looks like a pattern part but I`m assured it`s a genuine Sony part.

Stains in Back Cover topic

Hi guys...I was using a pouch bag with my alpha but after some days it starts to stain the back cover, as you can see in the picture...I tried to remove with alchool, stain removers...with no success...anyone has some idea how to remove stain From the battery cover?
