[Q] Hox no vibration with new battery topic

Hi all. I have a problem on my 2.5 years old One x. It was time to replace battery with new one and i pick the one from One X+ 2100mAh. Firstly i cracked volume cable near connector and vibration didn't work at all. Ebay>new cable and still not working. Tested vibration motor with 1.5V battery and it's working. What could go wrong. I didn't try puting old battery because i can'tfind it :) Phone is rooted and running Revolution HD. No option in settings made it vibrate,not even vibrator apps. Any ideas guys?
P.S. sorry about my english and if i broke nay rules.

It just stopped working all of a sudden. Can't specify a reason. I have the latest firmware, no root or anything like that.

Don't want to do a factory reset, since I have already done that a couple of times before, due to some other issues...

Hi. 4.4.2's keyboard vibration is strong. Lollipop's vibration is softer. Can i change this settings?

anyway to turn off vibration using volume keys on cm12 topic

When I first tried some CM12 build, it wasn't too stable and I went back to CM11.
I finally jumped on the CM12 bandwagon but I miss one feature from kitkat roms. Why did lollipop developers remove the ability to turn off sound AND vibration using volume keys. In cm12 I can either make my phone vibrate or have a low ring volume. I can't turn both off. Is there a mod or to be able to use volume keys to turn of vibration?

I am loving my watch but am concerned by the weak vibrations, anyway not alot I can do about that. However I'm sure I have read people say they get 2 short vibrations for messages etc, however I only seem to get one?
