i am using Samsung note n7000 now a days.. my phone is rooted and i check this with the help of root checker got from play store. but when i install custom recovery like philz touch or cwm recovery by volume up+ home+power installation doesn't complete and in the middle of the installation screen become black .. can anybody help me.. :confused:

[Q] Galaxy Note 3 Battery Level Doesn't Change topic

Okay so I have a Verizon Galaxy Note 3 and the battery is not showing and changes in life, even though I have been doing some light browsing on it. I popped in a fresh battery about 4 hours ago and over the past two hours the battery has been stuck at 83%. I know this can be possible because I have been doing some emailing and browsing during that time over a 4G connection.

I have attached here a screenshot of the battery chart from when I put in the fresh battery. Is there any explanation to this. This isn't the first time I've had this happen to my phone too.

[Q] How to reset M8 to 100% pure stock? [WiFi Doesn't work] topic

Hello, I'm gonna try to keep this as short as possible.

Basically, bought an M8, rooted it, messed with it, all worked great. Went a step further without having a clue at what I was doing (I know, I was stupid as hell and now I'm desperate because of it) and I went ahead and installed a custom ROM. I think this might be a common error, but my Wi-Fi isn't working [tries to enable it but fails every time.] I even drove the phone off to my guy who always fixed this kind of stuff for me, and he told me I'm hopeless. And now my hope lies with this community to help me. I would be speechlessly greatful if someone helped me with this, because having a high end phone and no Wi-Fi on it is a nightmare.

My goal here: To reset the M8 to it's original factory settings, original software version, original bootload, original S-on/S-off settings. Basically just get everything as stock as it can possibly get. The important thing is to get my Wi-Fi running again.

I would really appreciate if someone who has Skype and knows his way around this could talk to me privately, but if not, I'm going to leave as much info about my device as I can [relevant or irrelevant (taken from the About Device Menu)] below;

So it's been 1 Week since I reformatted my PC and after that day i tried to plug my device using USB and it shows a message saying "Driver software installation failed" and "Unknown Device - Installation Failed" Before plugging my device I already installed Samsung USB Drivers and KIES too but i dont know why my PC doesnt recognize my devices at all, in fact before my PC recognizes them. What should I do? Help me please its been a week and I do a lot of research still I can't fix this problem thanks.

[Q] Custom Recovery Doesn't Work Anymore topic

Hello,

I've rooted my own note 3 and flashed Temaseks unofficial cm 12 rom. Everything works perfect so I decided to do the same thing for my father. It all went well, first I rooted his phone, then I flashed CWM and flashed cm 12 by temasek. The rom works fine but I forget to install the Gapps. So I tried to install Gapps but I got an error "Failure Status 6". I googled on that error and someone told it has to do something with CWM. I tried to flash a different version of CWM but now I can't reboot into recovery mode anymore. So I can't flash anything.

I flashed another version of CWM but this one also doesn't work. Whenever I try to boot the phone into recovery mode, the blue line shows up. Rebooting into recovery mode, but after a few secs, the phone just boots the normal way. Is there anyone that can help me to get CWM back to work? In the mean time I'll try to flash TWRP by Odin.

I've bought HTC One and it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi in my school. The wlan is AES/WPA2 protected. Some other devices can connect to that wlan, e.g. Xperia M2, HTC Desire X and another HTC One(!), but there are also more devices with the problem same as mine: THL W100, HTC One V. What may be wrong? I've tried changing my mac address using BusyBox and terminal emulator (yes, my One is rooted), but it hasn't helped (and then I couldn't connect also to my home Wi-Fi...).

[Q] LG G2 PC doesn't detect USB connection topic

I have tried on several computers, different ports and no help.
On the first connection to a PC not connected before windows reports "USB device not recognized" problem.
After that every time I connect the phone to the same computer the phone itself only recognizes that it is using USB charging mode, it does not recognize the computer connection (known by the USB icon on android system tray) even with "Ask upon connection option checked".
I have tried downloading Drivers for the G2 but still it didn't work.
And no computer seems to detect it.
Even when I manualy change the Android mode in Settings --> PC Connection from MTP to PTP or even LG software, nothing happens.

Definitely there seems to be a problem with the phone, but I don't believe it's a software but a firmware problem.
Please help if anyone knows what to do.

Changed digitizer, LCD doesn't work topic

Hey guys,

I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask, I am desperate and I need your help.
My navigation buttons started to push itself, so I disassembled my phone (gently of course)

I found out that the digitizer flat cable is torn like.. 3/4 of its width so that was probably the problem.
I ordered a new digitizer and it arrived yesterday, so I put everything together, started the phone and the LCD doesn't work.

When I start the phone it vibrates as usually, then the LCD screen turns on for couple of milliseconds so I can just barely see the HTC logo and then it turns black, the navigation buttons are lit and I've heard notifications after I let it run for 30 seconds.

What could be the problem? I checked multiple times if all the flat cables are plugged in correctly. It's weird that the LCD runs for couple of ms and then it turns black.

C6903 4.4.4 157 rooted.
It reaches 90% dropping normally and the sudden drop 81% and then another sudent drop to 76% ... ect. The drop is not a regular number.
I had the issu on 108 and now same with 157. 2h SOT and it's still 72% i hop that's true, but need help.

SuperSU Code Doesn't Update. Please Help topic

Hi everyone. I bought a new phone. It's a local brand called General Mobile Discovery. I updated to Android 4.4.2 from developer website. 3 days ago i tried to root the device using framaroot 1.9.3 but it failed. I installed Kingo Root on my pc and root the decive in 2-3 minutes without problems.

My phone had a notification 2 days ago that SuperSU needs to be updated. So i clicked the notification and updated it from google play store. Then there was another notification. "SuperSU code needs to be updated"
I tried to update but failed all the time. You can see screenshots in the picture below. It's Turkish language but i think it won't be a problem. I always chose "Normal" because i don't know what "TWRP/CWM" means. In the last image it says "Failed. Restart the phone and try again" Did i do something wrong? Please help me guys. Have a nice day all.

My PC doesn't recognize my Device topic

Before my computer can recognize my Device but last week I decided to format my PC and this day i tried connecting it to my computer and my PC doesn't recognized it. I tried downloading the Samsung USB drivers, tried installing Samsung KIES, Using other cables and ports but still I doesn't recognize my device what should I do? Im using CM 11.0 and Im planning to flash it to CM 12.0 thats why I need my device to be recognize thanks. :)

I was trying to downgrade from officlal Kit Kat to the stock Jelly Bean (I have the stock ROM and the TWRP backup), but in the middle of the process, TWRP just stopped, didn't show any error codes.
Now there's no OS, only TWRP is working. But I'm trying to ADB sideload and I get several errors like:
"Unable to mount data"
"Unable to mount cache"
etc.

Fastboot still works, but I can't do anything there, can I? I need to flash any ROM just to get the phone working again.

Please, someone help me. :(

Google play movies doesn't work for me topic

I'm trying to get google play movies to play man of steel (which I purchased from google) but I keep getting a "there was a problem while playing" message when I attempt to stream the movie,when I download the movie it only plays for 9 seconds before I receive the same error message except this time the error message includes "[-38]". So it got me thinking that perhaps its because I'm running a custom ROM. Has anyone here gotten google play movies to work while on a custom ROM?

[Q] Lollipop Backup and Restore Doesnt Work topic

I recently upgraded to the Nexus 5 two weeks ago, before this I was using a nexus 4.
When I first set up the custom ROM on the N5 (I don't think I bothered setting up the stock Lollipop, this may be a cause), the only options shown at the Restore page was from my Nexus 4 on the google servers.

The problem is, even after 2 weeks, setting up a new ROM only shows the Nexus 4, it looks like the Nexus 5 isn't backing up to the google servers (WiFi passwords and user dictionary etc), what's wrong?

My theory is that the backup only worked on the stock Lollipop ROM because if I remember clearly, when i stopped using stock on the N4, the backups never updated.

OPO doesn't start or enter in recovery topic

I have a problem with my OPO ( Chinese with red logo) ; I was trying to restore the phone to the factory image and do not know why , following the guide from the forum , restarting the phone he remain on the logo 1+ (white ) . Then I tried to do the lock bootloader and from there I think I kicked in a situation with no way ' output . Does not make me more rate No flash of factory image or recovery because I say it is not unlocked , but even with the toolkit unlocks because after you launch the UNLOCK restarts and remains in the screen with the logo + 1 ... .
