[Q] Earphones don't play after plugging in to Note 4 topic

Hi,

I'm a newbie to the forum.

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on why no music plays on my Note 4 after I've plugged in the earphones and pressed the play button on the earphones remote? :confused:
