Help Identify Mystery Icon in Status Bar topic

I just received my Moto X 2014 as a replacement from Moto X1st gen and I notice a weird icon in status bar. It is the third icon from the left that looks like a teardrop in a keyhole.
I use Apex as my launcher same as old phone but never had this icon before.
Any ideas would be helpful.

Does anyone know what this media file is or how to get rid of it? I had it on Stock ROM.
