{need help} how to root samsung galaxy kids tab sm-t2105 on mac os x topic

I've read all the threads on how to install a custom recovery and how to root this device but all I use is Mac, so I need to know how to flash the custom recovery using my system. Can anyone help?

Hi guys,

So ive just rooted my galaxy tab 2 10.1 and flashed slim kat 4.4.4... is there any way i can get sansung kids mode on this thing? i downloaded the apk but it wont install it?
Im completely new at this whole rooting thing so any advice would be great...thanks!!
