[Q] rooting status unknown topic

I, recently tried to unlock my bootloader via flash tool, but for some reason, my rooting status (my bootloader) is unknown (before was unlockable). I relocked and unlocked it again but still no luck. I flashed the latest firmware with flashtool.. but my bootloader's status is still unknown. The device is rooted and verified. What i must to do to have back bootloader to unlockable?

I recently got the Note 4 Dev Edition and just took out my S5 SIM and slapped it in. Note 4 works as it should. When I log in to my account it shows non VZW device. Does the DE Note 4 really need to be activated? Just curious since my phone is working fine.

Imei unknown but no 3G. topic

My fri device, N7105 and he is totally a noob about phone. 6 months ago, his phone power was dead suddenly and so he sent to the shop (not certified service center). After phone power was back, he noticed that android verison was lower than his previous state. So he went back again to the shop to upgrade android versio as original state,4.3. When i start to have a look at his phone and its not functioning well and the big things i found out was imei unknown but still have 2g network (cant use 3G or 4g )at all. How this problem occurred? May be downgrade after reviving power? In fact i just want to help him if there is a way to do rather than going back and dealing with unskillful service men. I dont think imei will be restored just by flashing latest stock rom. Is there any way to restore IMEI?

Hello! Long story short, I got sprint to unlock the handset for international use and sent it overseas to my brother. It worked for a while but then it stopped so he took it to a phone repair place and they messed with it for a while and couldn’t figure it out and gave back. Now I have the phone back in the US and want to use it but its completely effed up, theres no signal AT ALL.. its in the latest firmware NG2 I even ODIN the whole phone with the NG2.tar ..

It won’t respond to ##72786” it tries to pull the screen but everything is blank. The Status screen shows “unknown” to everything. The APN screen shows “LTE / SPRINT OTA” as otasn but its not checked and its grayed out so can’t select it.

What should/can I do? Please see screenshots. Everything works (bluetooth/wifi/etc) except the radio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

[Q] Whatsapp blocking messages from an unknown contacts topic

Hi guys. I've been looking around for similar thread but didn't find anything useful.
Could you please tell me is there a way to block receiving messages from an unknown contacts on whatsapp?
Is there any other external app that might do the job and help me? Like app that might help me to hide myself on whatsapp, so that the people whose number I don't have in my contact list can't see me using whatsapp and in that way stop them from sending me messages?
I used a lot of blockers that can be found on market, but none of them helps. Do you by any chance know about any other way that might help, or an app, or anything?
I use Samsung Galaxy S3.

No Wifi/Mobile data/IMEI, Baseband version Unknown topic

Unfortunately, it didn't quite work out for me. The issue I have been having is that the phone reports unknown baseband version and there is no IMEI. Wifi was still working originally. The issues came after I flashed the latest lollipop alpha modem needed for the latest CM12 build/kernel.
After I experienced the issue, I flashed back the 44s modem. Then Wifi was also gone.
As of right now, the best I can do is:
1. Install ColorOS 2.0.0
2. OTA to ColorOS 2.0.4
ColorOS gave me Wifi back.
At this point, I tried to fastboot install TWRP per @NikoZBK suggested. The fastboot command reported successful but it still got the ColorOS recovery. So I have to...
3. Fastboot flash 30o with flash-all.bat
However, by doing so, my Wifi is gone and I still have unknown baseband version and IMEI. Therefore, I went back to (1) and (2), took out this line: fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin in flash-all.bat and run flash-all.bat again.
At this point, Wifi is still working but I still have unknown baseband version and IMEI.
4. Flash pre-rooted 44s in TWRP. The issues are still there.

I also tried doing "make_ext4fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p15" in TWRP and it actually killed Wifi. I am running out of ideas. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I´m having a problem with the ringtone. A few days ago it changed and says unknown rigntone, i tried change it but i can´t.

I restarted the phone but nothing happened
