NOOB here. I have TMAX TM9S775 that will not factory reset. I am trying to do this because the device will not boot anymore. It just goes to the initial screen and hangs. I have learned how to get to the screen where I can choose to wipe and format the device. However, it just stalls. Pic attached. Is there anything else I can do to get this to work. Different image, root, anything just so I can use it. Thanks
