Hi everybody
I explain my problem. i have an alcatel 4015d pop c1 which boot loop. :(
i can access to the recovery mode but the reset factory doesnn't. I've also tried to use mobile upgrade but i have the message : impossible to read terminal informations.:confused:
all this happen because i made a mistake. i was trying to format sd card but i accidentally formated sometthing else (i don't really know what).:crying:
Please help me repair my phone. Thank you

[Q] Alcatel Tablet problems with Usb Debugging topic

Hi everyone!

Well i have this tablet from Alcatel One Touch 7HD running android 4.1.1 did run an update on it yesterday
with Alcatels "One-Touch-Upgrade" think it came with 4.0.1 if i remember correct and after the update
it behaves strangely:

The PTP & MTP works fine as long as usb debugging is turned off and i want to have it turned on so
MyPhoneExplorer can communicate with it, but if i turn it on then the device disappears totally?!

I have another chinese tablet that also runs 4.1.1 and it works fine with usb debugging on/off still
MTP and PTP works fine

So i rule out that my computers should be the blame both devices are running RockShip CPU's
just wonder do anyone know if cyanogen have any support for rk3066 based hardware ?

Hello , today after i root my alcatel OT 5036D , it got bricked , and when i turn it on it stay at the LOGO that say Alcatel Samrt move , i can go to recovery mode , by clicking at on and volum up , but i don't have a backup of my rom , and i don't have CWM installed , i just got the normal reccovery .
and i don't knw how to use alcatel software update , because when i plug my hone , it get detected by computer , but the software don't detect it , i would like to install a new ROM on it using the simple recovery move please please please please HELP , it realy expensive for me . :(

Greetings all! I'm a little noob when it comes to smartphones so i have to ask.I'm planning to buy Alcatel One Touch Idol 2 S next month and i'm wondering is this phone any good? I'm not looking for a high end phone,but i want it to run smoothly without major and constant stucking.And since Alcatel aren't that famous when it comes to smartphones i couldn't find a lot of reviews.One guy said that the speaker is a catastrophe and that music sound like crap.Is that true? My phone is bricked after i try install a rom from sp flash tools, my phone was without gsm signal after install cwm.
Now its bricked, i need a rom which i cant flash it with sp flash tools, because i cant enter to recovery and mobile upgrade doesnt find my phone.

[Q] Alcatel Evo7 Battery problem and rewiring topic

Hello I new to the forum but I often visit the webpage.
I write this post to ask for help to try to repair the battery of my tablet. The problem is the battery life, when it was new lasted up to 4 hours now not even 10 min.
I open my tablet to check the battery and found what I think the problem. The battery itself has a circuit board. I check the voltages on the pines of the batteries (two in parallel) and mark 3.5-3.47 volts but on the conector at the end of the circuit board mark 0.1-0.2 volts.(I would show images but as I'm a new user I can not do it.)
I´m assuming that the battery circuit is failing. Now I was thinking bypass the battery circuit and directly connect the batteries to the tablet.
My question is whether it is safe to do so, the circuit must have its function but I'm not sure what it is?
Buy a new battery would cost almost half of what it cost me the tablet itself, so it is the last option.
Any recommendation or comment is appreciated.
