[Q] LG Optimus stuck in boot loop! topic

First off, I'd like to start by saying that my phone is NOT ROOTED, and I did nothing to cause this (that I'm aware of).

I was in the middle of using my phone (browsing Facebook) when it restarted on me, so I turned it back on, and after I sat it down, it shut down. So naturally, I plugged it into the charger, thinking it was just low battery, and after some time, I couldn't power it back on without getting stuck on the LG screen. Most of the time, it doesn't even recognize that the charger is even plugged in, but when the battery screen appears, it jumps from 100% to 45%, to 0%, etc.

I've tried different chargers and outlets, I'm not sure if it's an internal problem or the battery, but I don't really want to invest in a new battery until I'm sure that's the problem.

The furthest I've got with this is past the LG logo and to my lock screen, which immediately shuts the phone down when I try to unlock it. I've tried doing a factory reset, which doesn't do anything either.

Please, tell me there's some way I can fix this myself! This phone is less than a year old and was a present from my husband, who will kill me if he finds out about this...

I've made a video of my problem, please excuse the background noise, but if you listen closely, you can hear a strange squeaky sound a couple of times after the screen goes blank. I'm unsure what that's about, but it's just started doing that.

Currently im using CM 12 and Solid Kernel v1.6. At the moment im getting 31000 in Antutu, and 9000 in Quadrant (Artmod gave me 28000 in Antutu with Solid v1.6). But i`d like to know..is there rom & kernel that gives even better perfomance?
Wanted to give a shot to Jolla kernel, but it looks like it doesnt work with CM12, as it just gets stuck at Cyanogenmod loading forever (left it for 6+ mins and still at CM12 logo loading).
So yea..Is there anything that is even faster?Just wanna see how far this lil beast can go!

I got this new phone an I was wondering how I can easily switch all my music from my old iPhone to my new Optimus. I don't want to pay for the file transfer software. I have found the file that iTunes uses as the library but I don't think my phone will read it though. My question is ,can I convert that file into different MP3 files or is that not possible? How can I get my music from iTunes to the Optimus otherwise?
I'm also a teen so I don't have a credit card that I can use to go the Play Music route to transfer music.

I am having a different and unique problem with my LG optimus f180. I was using a rooted firmware of f180, and then I updated the rom by following the procedure given in this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2786769. the update went successful. But when i tried the same update in my another lg f180 which was also rooted, it started showing me issues like, it does not detect the network of sim which i was already using in that mobile and shows "emergency calls only - Mobilink" (Mobilink is the name of network). whereas when i change the sim it detects the network and everything works perfect except the messages outgoing, which keeps trying sending message and ends by showing that sending failed and when I send message and instantly connect a call then it sends message only during call...
Kindly anyone who can figure out whats the solution for this, must help me. m really tensed at its behaviour. whereas i tried to restore the old rom and still it shows the same behaviour. :eek:

2. Go to the 4th post and install CWM
3.Download the second CWM compatible with 5.0-s kernel

Please help me!!! I finally reverted back to the 10c stock image and got rooted. I installed TWRP (not sure which version) and wiped everything
to install Cyanogenmod 11. I normally would not wipe system, but it wouldn't install the zip, so after trying several other ROMs I wiped system.
Now I am stuck on the LG logo screen. If I power off, it powers on of its own accord, and I cannot seem to find any button combination to get back into recovery...... If anyone could please assist me to learn how to go back to recovery or even download mode so I can reflash.... Hello! So... let me describe what's going on with this phone. A couple days ago errors like com.process.acore and com.process.gapps started showing and the apps just went crazy... crashing all the time. I tried every single method for fixing those stupid errors but none helped. And when I say all methods I mean all methods. But the thing is that when I did a factory reset nothing happened! NOTHING! So I started deleting applications, google accounts and stuff that I don't need. Then I did a restart but.... everything WAS STILL THERE! I did a research and the problem seemed to be the Automatic Restore. I disabled the AR, removed all apps, google accouts, etc. and guess what? :mad: Everything was the same as before. (Same thing with hard reset!) Google Play Store crashes like !@#$ too... (yes I tried removing updates) and let me just say that I can't even install apps because I get the parsing error. Not all the time ofc. I tryed to fix this too but when I manage to install an app and run it I get errors like: "com.(app process) has stopped" and the app crashes. :eek:
Then I downloaded the KDZ_FW_UPD tool. I tried to flash the device like 87312617 times with factory rom's (first one / latest one). No success. I mean that the kdz tool finishes the process without erorrs. Phone restarts and DANG! I'm lost guys. If you have any ideas PLEASE share them. I even got the LG PC Suite and tried to update from there... It shows that I'm with V10 and there is an update 'till V20K. I ran the update, everything went well, phone restarted and after that the PC Suite shows the same thing... that i'm with v10 and that there is an update.
My android version is 4.0.3 if this matters for some reason. If you need some more info please ask! I don't know what to do... HELP! :laugh:

I used ClockworkMod Recovery to install this ROM on my LG Optimus 2x P999 phone:


Now when I boot my phone, it's stuck at the "LG" boot screen.

Please help! I can't go into Recovery mode or do anything - it's simply stuck at the LG logo. I tried to use adb, but it can't detect my device.

How do I get ClockworkMod Recovery working on this phone so I can simply recover my backup? I can't access anything - when I boot, it's simply stuck at the LG logo.

My phone is also not being detected when I connect it to the computer. I tried using various tools and none of them can detect my phone.
