I understand there is no official Lollipop release for the Sprint LG G3 which is why we're getting the No Sim Card error. Can someone tell me what the impact is to the device and whether this is anything to concerned with? So far I'm able to send/receive text and MMS as well as make/receive phone calls. I've been googling around a bit and have seen the sim acrd issue mentioned but I really can't find any explanation as to hat the impact is.

[Q] sprint g3 on lolipop having no simcard issue topic
phone says no sim card and i don't have data, still able to use sms and phone calls when I'm around wifi even if wifi is turned off. In settings/status under service state it says voice: in service / Data: in service. Under cellular network state it says disconnected. It recognizes my network: sprint and my cellular network type : lte and my phone number as long as I'm around wifi even if it's turned off. As soon as I get out of range for wifi all of that data in settings/status is "unknown" until i find wifi again and reboot. Was told to call the carrier and get a PIN to unlock my sim card but it didn't work. Any help please?

Help, i can't add contacts to my simcard i get this error message "Error, Unable to save contact details"

I flashed a rom on to my s4 mini but it was the stock rom because i bricked my phone while trying to root it, i now have root along with cwm flashed on to the phone. I was able to add contacts after flashing stock rom, rooting and flashing cwm but after a few days now i get an error while trying to add the contacts!

SIMCARD: No cellular and call connection topic
Hey guys,
Somehow my phone is stuck forever in airplane mode. I have tried flashing multiple ROMS, going back to fully stock, even with a locked bootloader or without custom recovery. But somehow the problem still stays. I seriously don't know how this even started.. I knew for sure it was the airplane mode's fault when I wanted to call some kind of number for the radio settings, but I got a message saying I had to turn airplane mode off.
But, it is not even turned on anyway. Now what? Help is appreciated guys!!
Edit3: When pressing on the power key, when you get the small menu it shows me that (while no simcard in) airplane mode is constantly turning on and off, I also get a constant repeating/flickering notification in my status bar.
I also tried using my sister her simcard, but it gives the same result. But, my simcard works in her phone. I was able to use 3g etc.
