Did anyone have any issues fitting the Note 4 into an Otterbox Defender Series Case? topic

Did anyone have any issues fitting the Note 4 into an Otterbox Defender Series Case?
Most unboxing videos shows the user simply placing the the Note 4 into the Inner Plastic Shell without any effort.

My Note 4 is lopsided (either side) when placing into a Defender Series Case. The phone shouldn't have to snap into the plastic shell of the case, and should fall out easily when flipping the plastic shell upside down.

Did I get a Dud case?

The receiver didn't come with any instructions so can anybody tell me which contacts on the phone does the module touch, i have included some pics:good:

Note 4 is not fitting in Otterbox Defender Series Case topic

My Note 4 is not fitting in the Otterbox Defender Series Case. One half of the phone sticks out whereas the other half is seated well; vice versa. Does anyone have any advice in what I should do? Please let me know, thank you.
