Doesn't detect anymore the internal memory or OTG flash driver topic

Hello guys
Could someone tell me what happens to my LG G2 (kot49i.d80220c) ?
It does not access the internal memory by my computer and no longer detect my OTG flash driver
I've done the restore factory and still the same problem
