[Q] genymotion doesn't work on win 7 topic

I can't get genymotion to work on win 7 Virtual devices appear with blank screens and nothing happens when I press the power button If I start the machine in vbox then I get errors having to do with sys.powerctl not found, unable to expand sys.powerctl I've been asking for help in the #genymotion chat room on freenode but don't get any response from the lamers in there Could someone help please
