Hello all, I haven't posted in so long, as I totally got out of the rooting game. Killed my G2(didn't make a back up of modem firmware, phone bricked, much wow, much sadness) and I ended up with my s3, and then another one, and I rooted that left it on cm11 and lived life. Well, here I am with an S5 and I miss aosp.
Some of you may remember me from the G2 forums, or the S III or even over on SDX but I'm here and I don't want to brick another damn phone.
So heres my questions
1. Does spark work on aosp?
2. Anything I should back up upon rooting?
3. Towelroot doesn't work for me, so use Odin right?
4. Any function I'm gonna lose?
Side note: I sometimes look at my Samsung transform (M920) and then look at the S5, its funny.
That ks for reading, and yes I googled spark, didn't get an answer definitely enough and I want this info handed to me on a glorious silver platter with hopes that I don't miss something little and regret it.
