[Q] Want expert, someone who has grip in troubleshooting the LG optimus topic

I am having a different and unique problem with my LG optimus f180. I was using a rooted firmware of f180, and then I updated the rom by following the procedure given in this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2786769. the update went successful. But when i tried the same update in my another lg f180 which was also rooted, it started showing me issues like, it does not detect the network of sim which i was already using in that mobile and shows "emergency calls only - Mobilink" (Mobilink is the name of network). whereas when i change the sim it detects the network and everything works perfect except the messages outgoing, which keeps trying sending message and ends by showing that sending failed and when I send message and instantly connect a call then it sends message only during call...
Kindly anyone who can figure out whats the solution for this, must help me. m really tensed at its behaviour. whereas i tried to restore the old rom and still it shows the same behaviour. :eek:
