Z3 D6653 hide number for outgoing call topic

On my D6653 the option to hide the number for outgoing calls, is disabled.

I changed from a Singapore ROM, to a showcase rom (I don't remember exactly the title right now) and many of my problems were solved (no wifi, dropping calls, dropping net, and such)

But the option I comment about you in this thread is greyed out (not selectable).

Is there a ROM (or customization) that allows to hide the number?
I know my Operator allows it, because I've ticked that option when I had my S4.
