Trying to use Allcast to mirror my G3 to my PC topic

I'm trying to use Allcast to mirror my G3 (running Lollipop) to my PC. I downloaded the Mirror and Allcast apps on my G3 and installed the Allcast Receiver on my PC but it won't work.
Allcast won't recognize my PC and vice versa. Is it supposed to work properly with G3 and Lollipop?
Any ideas would be appreciated. TIA.
