This vs other budget tablets topic

Is this better then the nexus 7 2013? I ended up getting this mainly for playing clash of clans but the game feels a bit choppy, not unplayable but not as smooth as on my note 3. Other games seem to be running good.
But I absolutely hate the 1gb of ram, multitasking sucks big time.
Nexus 7 2nd generation costs much more here in Romania, and other tabs didn't seem decent at this price.
I was wondering how the LG G pad 7 runs.
