[THEME] [ExDialer] Tizen topic

Tizen Theme



Tizen theme for ExDialer. It's not a standalone app. Install ExDialer to apply this theme.
I will keep improving this theme and update this app.

Installation Instruction:
1. Menu > Preferences > Theme
2. Select the theme
