Some questions about Android 5 for xperia z topic

Ok i was wondering.
If I were to upgrade my xperia Z with a locked bootloader to android lollipop 5 (official update confirmed for February)
1. Would u be able to root it?
2.would I be able to downgrade back to KK if I don't like it? (I'm thinking no…)
