[Q] xiaomi redmi note 4G ...... native video call....... plz help topic

xda experts... plz help me... how can I make a video call without 3rd party application/internet connection in my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G... I think it is not possible in stock rom... please suggest me what can I do????
