[Q] Wipe Data (Please Help) topic

Please. Can anyone help ?. I accidentally wipe data on my Asus TF700T tablet, I need to restore it. I have tried to restore with online guides there but I can not repair it, someone can help me with a complete guide that includes NVFLASH and ADB. Does anyone know if there is an application to restore ?. I am newbie.
