[Q] Samsung Galaxy note 2 won't read on pc topic

Hey guys,
So my Samsung Galaxy note 2 won't show up on my computer for some reason,
I have factory reset my phone twice now and it still won't show up,
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this??
