[Q] Removing Google Account Setup Wizard in ROM topic

i AM trying to customize android-x86 source, for desktop i want to remove the Google Account Setup Wizard during the Boot Stage itself by removing it from x86 android source.
Is this possible to acheive it on source, if not wat is the suggested option
