[Q] Random reboot and screen freeze on 2 weeks old note 2 neo topic

My phone is practically brand new. It's really annoying to find out that the phone tends to randomly reboot in the middle of use of at times hang's. I need a way to get this fixed. Customer support is of no help. I'm running kitKat 4.4.2 out of the box. Do i have a defective handset? :( :confused:
