[q] omg please help!! :'( topic

Guys, the problem is whatever rom i flashed and how many ever times i flashed the same rom i cant access my onscreen buttons( i cant do anything without it ), notification pannel, i cant download anything in play store( stucks in installing.........). please help guys :/

When i connect to my computer i can see my device in " my computer " but there is no files in there its empty. and the firmware version i get by clicking properties is 1.0

Please help guys :'( . i dont know what to do. is this because of kernel? or firmware?
