[Q] Lollipop 5.0.2 setup stuck on "Just a sec" topic

I just finished building my own Android ROM based on SlimSaber and the Boeffla kernel, it flashes correctly, it boots correctly but when I enter the setup and turning on cellular data, it gets stuck on "Just a sec" I've left this screen on for about 10 minutes and nothing has happened.


Can anyone help or know what might be causing this?
