[Q] HTC ONE M8 USB DEBUGG and other things topic

First of all i'd like to start this by saying hello to all! i'm a new guy to the m8 forum because this is my first problem with this phone.
Lets start by telling everything i know about my phone:
hboot is RELOCKED
S-ON
HBOOT-3.19.0.000
CID IS HTC__622

Here is my problem. I wanted to try android 5.0 ,so after some research i found that i have to flash a newer version of firmware,i failed to do that somehow,and then my phone got ''locked'' in hboot.
After more research i managed to instal the original firmware i found on a collection thread here.
Now,my phone is booting to HTC LOGO but its not bootloop. I can recieve calls,i can recieve sms,i can also use the dotcase to answer and talk. The screen is permanently on,and the pc can see it without problems.
If i try to enter RECOVERY it's bugged i think because all i see is red triangle with one exclamation mark.

Also,i can use adb/fastboot comands since the result of adb devices is empty. I think the usb debugging went OFF after that.

So my question is :the phone is not really bricked,since i can do so many things when its up,but how i'm goin to fix this?
If someone is willing to help me,i'd be really glad and thankfull.
